Prices

All rental prices are listed online. Click any item photo to view details. Final pricing is adjusted for quantities once your invoice is prepared. We’re always happy to recommend quantities based on your guest count and tablescape design.

Inventory Appointments

All inventory is available to view online. In-person appointments are not offered.

Refunds

All payments are non-refundable. If your event date changes, we will make every effort to reschedule your rentals within the same calendar year, pending availability.

Holds

We do not hold inventory without payment.

Payment Methods

We accept cash, checks, money orders, credit cards, and Zelle. Zelle is our preferred method of payment, and all processing fees are waived when it is used.

Security Deposit

A security deposit is required in the form of a current, signed credit card authorization kept on file.

Retainer to Reserve

A 50% non-refundable retainer is required to reserve rentals. Orders under $400 require full payment.

Delivery

Delivery is available for an additional fee and is subject to a delivery minimum. Clients with small orders are encouraged to pick up and return their rentals.

Location

Our warehouse is located in East Dallas (75223). Pick-ups and returns are scheduled by appointment.

Rental Period

Rentals are for one event/day. Pick-ups may occur a day prior to your event. Returns are scheduled for the following day by 4pm. (Three day maximum to avoid additional rental charges.)

Damaged or Missing Items

If an item is broken, chipped, lost, or damaged, please contact us by text or email. Replacement charges equal the replacement value listed on your invoice plus shipping.

How to Reserve Rentals

Email your item list and guest count to dixiedoesvintage@gmail.com. We will send an estimate or reach out if we need more details. Once confirmed, an invoice/contract will be emailed
